LEAD·HUD may revise these terms of service for LEAD·HUD at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
Subscription fees are billed monthly to your credit card on the date your subscription starts. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and keeping it current.
LEAD·HUD offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for annual plans. For monthly subscriptions, refunds are not available after the first 48 hours of purchase. To request a refund, contact support@leadhud.com with your request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refund will be issued for partial months. If you cancel, you will retain access to your account until the end of your paid period.
LEAD·HUD reserves the right to change subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply to existing subscriptions until the next renewal date. Your continued use of the service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
